Reiki Healing & Energy Guidance - 1 hour 30 minutes

The session includes a brief consultation, 1 hour of Reiki healing, any intuitive messages received and 15-20 minutes of energy guidance.

You have the option to receive a crystal intuitively chosen for you, based on the needs of the session for $5.99. You can choose this option above.

We create a relaxing environment, using beautiful aromatherapy and an eye pillow for the ultimate comfort.

The guidance is a discussion of anything that came up during the session, tools for you to use going forward and a discussion of your personal journey. Perfect if you have more questions about spirituality/healing/energy/crystals and would like guidance on this after your Reiki healing.

I will answer your questions and give you suggestions on what would be best suited for you going forward e.g. how to meditate, breathwork, affirmations, incorporating manifestation into your routine, increasing self-love, how to regulate the nervous system etc.

How to Book:
